Amandine Weinrob is a Program Manager at GRI. In this capacity, she manages the Iraq and Tunisia programs covering issues that include gender and social inclusion, women’s and economic empowerment, and good governance. She is a well-rounded international development professional with nearly 10 years of experience in program management, contract compliance, and operations. Ms. Weinrob has managed start ups and close downs, design and implementation, and financial management of large and complex USAID and U.S. Department of State programs.
Before joining GRI, Ms. Weinrob worked for Equal Access International for 4.5 years focusing on countering violent extremism, peacebuilding, and social behavior change projects in the Sahel region of Africa and Pakistan. She received a M.A. in Conflict Resolution and Coexistence from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Ms. Weinrob has native fluency in French. She enjoys traveling the world, immersing herself in the host country’s cultures. When Ms. Weinrob’s not traveling, she gets great pleasure in hosting dinner parties.
